Coleman Food is engaged in the production, distribution and sale of hot sauces.  Currently there are two primary and two secondary sauce products.  The primary hot sauces are based on either the Jalapeño or the Habanero peppers.  The secondary sauces use one of the two primary sauces as their main ingredient.  The secondary sauces are more complex and are loosely based on a Mexican style Jalapeño sauce or a Bahamian style Habanero sauce.   In taste test and test markets all these sauces have ranked well ahead of competing products.

The challenge today to further the sale of these sauces is related to gaining markets where other products have a strong foothold.

Once markets and distribution channels are better developed, there is an almost limitless potential for new products and other pepper sauces.  Creativity is the key to market success and a full product line.  Coleman Food has that creativity.  Coleman Food needs customers.
